A gorgeous recording with elemental and seasonal themes, "I wanted to do a project that conveyed the beauty of this time of the year from Fall through Winter, but also spoke of the sacredness for people everywhere around the world." Seay's evocative recording features the uplifting single and video "All Around The World". The song encapsulates the spirit found on "We Are The World" and "Do They Know It's Christmas?" celebrating those common ties that bind us, love, compassion and worship.
Seay, an environmental supporter, has also sent out tree seedlings and seeds in her promotion to Radio in an effort, she says, to off set her packaging and to support the United Nations Environmental Program "Plant For The Planet: Billion Tree Campaign" which has the objective of planting at least one billion trees worldwide during 2009. Seay also supports the Alliance For Climate Protection and Included in her packaging their 7-pointed pledge.
"A Winter Blessing" continues the captivating sound that is drawing listeners from across the globe and features Seay's spectacular voice and songs alongside several renowned guest instrumentalists Pat Thomi (Jean Luc Ponty, Gino Vannelli), Jerry Watts Jr. (Herbie Hancock, Peter Cetera), Geoff Stradling (Quincy Jones), Jules Delgado (Bob James), Scott W. Hallgren (Sir Elton John, Aaron Neville), and John Billings (Wynonna).
Seay hit the New Age charts in 2005, with her evocative debut "1 Voice", spending almost a year, and was followed by a Best New Age Song Nomination for "Love Is The Ocean" in 2006. Her music can be heard worldwide and is a regular addition to Music Choice's "Soundscapes" and XM's all new surround channel Fine Tuning.
"A Winter Blessing" was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee at Seay's own Tuscan Sun Studios and mixed at Palette Studios by veteran engineer Jeff Silverman (Prince, Barbara Streisand, Rick Springfield).
